Leading People is a three-day course designed for high-potential managers and executives. The curriculum reviews elements of leadership excellence, how to maximize performance, and how to identify and leverage your leadership strengths. Learners also examine trust and integrity as the foundations for leadership. Specific topics include characteristics of great leaders, teams and organizations, purpose centered leadership, leadership principles and pitfalls, creating expectations for excellence, and how to create an environment that supports diversity and inclusion.
This highly interactive seminar will help you develop insight into critical leadership behaviors and how to adapt them to the needs of your organization. The training focuses on the Executive Core Qualification (ECQ), Leading People and the fundamental leadership competencies. During the seminar, you will examine trust and integrity as the foundations for leadership while learning to maximize performance. Explore the dynamics of team leadership and how to create a "Culture of Greatness," through coaching and empowerment.
